Vellu Peptides – Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) form part of the Vellu Peptides Terms of Service. They apply to all user-generated content across our website, social media platforms, product review sections, and any channel referencing the Vellu Peptides brand or products.

By accessing or engaging with Vellu Peptides platforms, you agree to comply with these Guidelines and our Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension, or further action as permitted under applicable law.

1. Research Use Only Standard

All Vellu Peptides products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes.

They are:

  • Not intended for human or animal consumption

  • Not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic use

  • Not intended for clinical application

Any content suggesting administration, dosage, medical benefit, injection, ingestion, or self-experimentation is strictly prohibited.

Content violating this standard may be removed without notice.

2. No Medical, Dosing, or Application Guidance

Users may not request or provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Dosage calculations

  • Reconstitution instructions

  • Protocols, stacking guidance, or experimental application suggestions

Vellu Peptides does not provide, endorse, or authorize instructions for human or veterinary use. Any suggestion otherwise is unauthorized and inaccurate.

3. Misrepresentation and False Claims

Users may not:

  • Make claims regarding product safety or efficacy

  • Represent products as approved for medical use

  • Imply regulatory approval where none exists

  • Suggest endorsement by Vellu Peptides of human or animal use

False or misleading statements may result in immediate removal and further action.

4. Professional Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, threats, or discriminatory language

  • Illegal activity or promotion of unlawful chemical use

  • Spam, solicitation, or unauthorized advertising

  • Intellectual property infringement

  • Defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content

Vellu Peptides reserves the right to remove such content at its sole discretion.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

In accordance with our Terms of Service, Vellu Peptides may:

  • Remove or restrict access to content

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts

  • Preserve records of violations

  • Report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities

We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by third parties.

6. Indemnification

By posting or engaging on our platforms, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vellu Peptides, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

7. Governing Law

These Guidelines, together with the Terms of Service, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

Any dispute arising from use of Vellu Peptides platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.

8. Updates

Vellu Peptides may revise these Guidelines at any time. Continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
